I am open to suggestions for more reading. I have ordered some Hyman Minsky to see if I can understand it, but it is taking a while to work through.
In the meantime, my daughter gave me This changes everything
for Christmas (2014). The book is subtitled “capitalism vs the climate” and I am not sure I agree with the whole of Naomi Klein’s thesis about the rights of the poor being intrinsically tied in to sorting out the climate. But I do agree with her that we need a different mindset about economics going forward otherwise we will keep on getting into the same messes we are in.
